Boing Boing points to jkinberg's Bikes Against Bush, in which an array of spray-paint cans is mounted at the back of a bicycle and can be programmed to spray a programmed message onto the ground. It's cool stuff, but to be didactic I feel compelled to point out the previous work of the Institute for Applied Autonomy, which did the same with a remote-controlled robot (GraffitiWriter) and a cargo van (StreetWriter). Not enough people know about the IAA's work; Rhizome gave them a commission a few years ago to help out with their anti-surveillance mapping software iSee. Me, I just like the combination of lefty politics and ultramega-hardcore techie skillz.
